The property was peaceful with very amiable staff, especially at the reception desk. the rooms were reasonably large and had a nice balcony. the location was excellent, just a few steps away from everywhere I wanted to go. I visited an outdoor restaurant and truly enjoyed the Spanish meals they offer.

The location was stunning and particularly good - just next door to a pretty lake with the white hill town of Arcos as a backdrop, Arcos which is a 10 minute drive away and the garden where oranges and bananas grow.

The double room is cool, we also loved magnificent views. The location is stunning, 3 km from a massive mosque. Btw, it's set in the lovely area...

I enjoyed the location close to Arcos, which is just a 10-minute drive away, with views of banana groves and gardens. the room was neat, cool, and had climate control, a work desk, and a TV. the location was lovely, and private parking was available onsite.

Peace and quiet location by lakeside. Friendly staff, nice relaxing stay within easy distance of the Pueblos Blancos. Arcos town very pleasant to visit.

The swimming pool was excellent and all to ourselves.Nice 32" Lcd screen.

That you have to pay for a view.Was the most expensive compared to other websites.Parking was on a street.The backyard patio was in a poor and worn down state,only one broken sun umbrella in the whole row of room patios.Dirty sunbeds in pool area.

This place offers a spotless hotel room with a balcony and an outstanding pool, as well as convenient on-site parking.

magnificent environment with a view on the lake. good swimming pool. Rooms are good. We also had a good dinner at the terrace.

The hotel`s location on the lake. Easy to reach, ample parking and just 5 min to Arcos de la Frontera. We can not denay the beauty to the town, but with its very narrow and hilly streets, we would leave driving into Arcos to skilled or brave drivers. Personel of the hotel from the reception desk to waiting stuff, were very helpful and proffessional. Always with a smile. Rooms are nicely decorated and most important are clean. We had a great time.

The showers could do with a bit of updating. Low water pressure.

The property's location was magnificent, in a beautiful setting. It's adjacent to a large lake where kayaks and sailing boats are available from a nautical school at the end of the lake. the garden where oranges and bananas grow is a lovely touch.

For supper we choose a grill plate which turned out to be not prepared by a pro; we'd better stayed with Spanish food, next time we know better zum Abendessen hatten wir einen Grillteller bestellt, war nicht gut gegrillt, nächstes Mal wählen wir spanisches Essen

I was really impressed with the single room that had a balcony and lots of amenities such as a minibar, a flat-screen TV, and a study table.

Chill out terrace: The highlight of our stay was definitely the chill out terrace. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the sunset while savoring a delicious cocktail. The live music added a special touch, making it a truly memorable experience. We felt like we were in our own private paradise, surrounded by good company and breathtaking views.

Language barrier: Some staff members had difficulty communicating in English.

our stay was absolutely amazing. the staff was excellent, the pool area was perfect for relaxing and ordering food, and the restaurant served delicious meals. the private garden terrace with our room was a lovely touch, and the attentive staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

Check out process was slow.

The hotel was situated in a beautiful location, with stunning views of the lake and mountain. We enjoyed the outdoor terrace bar and restaurant area, which was peaceful and relaxing. Our room was adequate in size and the air conditioning worked well.

The breakfast was disappointing, with limited variety and poor service.
